ROBIN is a collaborative effort to bring together community leaders, content creators, and other spectacular paragons. Through this partnership, a repository of motivational & inspiring resources will emerge. These resources can be utilized in many different ways.

Fight urges to engage in compulsive behaviors
Sometimes the urge to do something that you don’t necessarily want to do can be strong. It can be helpful to play a game with yourself: distract yourself using ROBIN for 15 minutes and see how you feel. There’s a chance you may no longer feel the urge to engage in the previously tempting behavior.
Distract yourself and waste time
Sometimes we just need something to quiet those intrusive thoughts. Sometimes our friends and loved ones can’t be there for us at that moment. Hearing what the contributors to ROBIN have to say can make time pass by faster. It might even be so cheesy that you’ll end up falling asleep. And sleep is good!
Discover new “spells” for your coping “spellbook”
Everyone copes differently. And it can be really frustrating to see something work for someone that doesn’t work for you. Being able to hear what other people do to cope could help inspire your own ideas for coping.
Stumble upon new content
