What are some things that stress you out that some people might not acknowledge?

Phone conversations! I always find it hard to speak to people over the phone compared to just about any other medium or in person. Explaining that to people is generally met with skepticism or just an assumption that I’m being rude. Which only makes it more stressful of course!
