Projekt ROBIN’s List of 15(+1) Feel-Good Movies

We ran a small survey on Tumblr, Reddit, and other websites to ask people a simple question: list all of your favorite “feel-good” movies that you watch when you feel down or low. We received a list of 210+ movie titles and ranked which ones were mentioned the most. Check this list out if you’re looking for some movies to check out today.

Demographics

The survey had 34 participants with an average age of 24 (range: 15 to 48). The survey’s participants were mostly cisgender (95%). The survey participants identified mostly as heterosexual (55%) although there was a strong percentage of participants who identified as bisexual (29%). The survey participants were most likely to be Hispanic or Latino (38%) or White or Caucasian (35%). The participants listed 210 different titles of movies between their responses, which comes out to about ~6 ‘feel-good’ movies per participant.
